The ECONOMISER is a Telephone Call Billing system designed for hotels and hospitals. The standalone call logger is built inside a printer. It connects to the telephone system through a serial cable.
CALL COSTING & BILLING
Call details are stored in memory and prices are calculated with built-in tables or from meter pulses if available. A user user selectable price mark up can be used.

Itemised guest phone bills are produced by typing the room extension number and pressing CHECKOUT. it's that simple.
GUEST PRIVACY
The ECONOMISER can hide digits in report printouts to ensure guest privacy.
OUTSTANDING RELIABILITY
As no computer is required the system is extremely reliable and always instantly available. A battery backup protects call details during power failures.

REPORTS
The ECONOMiSER produces two types of reports

Details report
  • Extension (room) making the call
  • Date, time and duration of each call
  • Number dialed
  • Cost
Summary reports
  • Extensions
  • Number of calls per extension
  • Total duration of calls per extension
  • Total cost of calls per extension
The most typical report is the room bill. Another common report is the periodic audit report for the accounts department to consolidate front desk telephone revenue. Specific filtered reports such as all international calls from administration extensions are also available.
